I was lucky enough to come across the number for Smart System Security while looking for a home security system. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but not being an expert on security systems I asked Barry from Smart System Security to come to my home to take a look and give me some professional advise. Barry arrived at my house promptly where we discussed the level of security I was looking for and what would be the best security system to suit my house and my requirements. Barry installed a CCTV system which we can view from our PC's, iPad and Smart Phones also a house alarm system which calls us if it is triggered. Barry maintains our alarm system for us with a yearly check and certification for insurance purposes. Both my wife and I were very happy with all the work carried out around our home it was kept clean and tidy at all times he removed his shoes when he was working in our house which pleased my wife. We found Barry to be friendly and polite nothing was too much trouble. Once the installation was completed Barry made sure that we both had a good understanding of how it all worked before he left. All work was carried out over three months ago we had a small problem with a faulty power supply which Barry came out and replaced very quickly I can't recommend Smart System Security highly enough! I have now asked Barry to come to my business premises to upgrade all my security systems and CCTV there.

I contacted Barry after being let down by other security firms who said that they could do a wired system but then decided on the day that they couldn't and wanted to charge more despite having carried out a survey before the event. Barry however was refreshingly upfront and honest from the start and we decided what system would be best for us. On the day Barry and Paul arrived and worked really hard all day, clearing up as they went along. At the end of the day we now have a really good system which matches our requirements exactly. I am not usually a person to leave feedback on sites like this but feel that on this occasion it is well deserved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Security Systems to anyone. Like previous reviewers I am usually skeptical in choosing people without personal recommendation but there is no need to worry at all.

Having been burgled, it's hard to trust people and companies. I contacted Smart systems security when I moved in my new house for quick installation, suitably priced and easy to use. Within a few days of contact a free quote was given and a date to fit the required alarm was organised. They were clean, efficient, and had the alarm installed professionally and tidy in no time at all. The alarm is easy to use, easy to understands and the alarm panel is discreet for us inside but not for the burglars outside. There was recently a problem with on of the connections, which was promptly fixed at our earliest convenience. I would strongly recommend Smart Systems alarms!
